Carmona is a stylish Spanish restaurant in the 16th arrondissement, at 10 Avenue de New York on the Seine near the Palais de Tokyo. Conceived by fashion designer Alexis Mabille and led by chef Esteban Salazar Martinez, it brings the flavours of Andalusia to a chic, design-led room decorated with seashell-covered walls.

## What to expect at Carmona

The kitchen celebrates Andalusian gastronomy — Mediterranean, seafood-leaning Spanish cooking — in a colourful, fashionable setting that reflects Mabille’s eye for design. It is an evening-focused, atmospheric spot, open late and well suited to a lively dinner or drinks with a southern Spanish accent. The riverside location, near the Eiffel Tower and the museums of the 16th, adds to the appeal.
