Mexican-born chef Indra Carrillo, who has cooked in more than nine countries, leads a kitchen that anchors classical French technique with subtle international influences. He has held the helm since 2017 and earned the restaurant’s star in 2019.

## What to expect at La Condesa

Dining here means a multi-course set menu — typically six or eight courses — that weaves Carrillo’s global experience through a French framework, with flashes of Mexican and Asian flavour. The small, 24-seat room makes for an intimate, focused experience, and the cooking is precise and quietly ambitious. Dinner runs Tuesday to Saturday, with a Friday lunch service. It is a refined, contemporary destination away from the tourist trail.
