Le Paris Paris is a stylish French brasserie at 8 Rue de Montfaucon in the 6th arrondissement, directly across from the Saint-Germain covered market in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés. It serves classic, well-executed French brasserie cooking — with vegetarian options — in a buzzy, contemporary room that has quickly become a neighborhood favorite.

## What to expect at Le Paris Paris

The restaurant comes from a collaboration between Guido Beauvallet, who runs several well-regarded Paris brasseries, and Benoit Habert, who spent nearly two decades with chefs including Joël Robuchon (Atelier Saint-Germain) and Alain Ducasse (Le Jules Verne). That experience shows in the kitchen, led by chef Alexandre Linsolas, which turns out polished bistro classics at a mid-range price point (mains average around €38). It’s a lively, dependable choice for lunch or dinner while exploring Saint-Germain — reservations are recommended at peak times.
