L’Oiseau Blanc is the two-Michelin-star rooftop restaurant of The Peninsula Paris, perched on the sixth floor at 19 Avenue Kl\u00e9ber in the 16th arrondissement, near the Arc de Triomphe. Under chef David Bizet, it pairs contemporary French gastronomy with a sweeping 360-degree panorama of the city \u2014 the Eiffel Tower included \u2014 making it one of the most spectacular fine-dining views in Paris.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What to expect at L’Oiseau Blanc<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Bizet’s nature-inspired cooking is precise, seasonal and elegant, served in a glass-walled dining room whose roof opens in fine weather. The setting is as much the draw as the food: a terrace high above the rooftops, named for the white biplane that attempted the first transatlantic crossing. It is a destination for special occasions, equally memorable at lunch in daylight or at dinner as the city lights come on.
