Run by vegan brothers David and Adrien Valentin since 2015, it makes the case that vegetable cooking can be both nourishing and genuinely gourmet, with inventive, beautifully presented dishes.

The kitchen builds nutritionally complete, 100% plant-based plates that are colourful and joyful — vegetable creams, spices, fresh herbs and edible flowers, with creative variations on seasonal produce. Lunch menus are good value, there is a Sunday brunch worth the detour, and the setting is calm and elegant.
