Chef Simone Zanoni leads the kitchen, turning out light, produce-driven cooking that leans on the flavours and methods of the Mediterranean. It is one of several celebrated dining rooms within the George V, but the most relaxed and sun-filled of them.

Zanoni’s menu favours small, precise portions built around seasonal vegetables, seafood and pasta, with an emphasis on clarity over richness. The setting matches the food: a high-ceilinged conservatory opening onto a courtyard, bright and airy by day and softly lit at night. Pastry chef Alan Taudon closes meals on a refined note.
