Restaurant Maison Bréguet is the dining room of the five-star Maison Bréguet hotel, at 8 Rue Bréguet in the 11th arrondissement, a short walk from Place de la Bastille. It serves refined, market-driven French cuisine in a striking glass-roofed space with a green wall and an industrial-chic feel — a polished but relaxed address in a lively part of eastern Paris.

## What to expect at Maison Bréguet

The kitchen builds a generous, seasonal menu around fresh market produce, with an emphasis on quality ingredients and clean, contemporary plating. Beyond dinner, the hotel is known for a Parisian-Mediterranean brunch and a bar with an extensive cocktail list. The dining room sits under a large glass roof in warm tones and opens onto a charming terrace, making it equally suited to a long lunch or an evening out.
