Tadam is a warm, light-filled corner bistro in the 13th arrondissement, at 14 Rue du Jura near the Gobelins. A neo-bistro and wine bar in one, it serves market-driven cooking that combines authenticity and creativity, with an open kitchen, a friendly welcome and a strong ethical, seasonal ethos.

## What to expect at Tadam

The chef cooks fresh, seasonal dishes and small plates designed to pair with a thoughtful wine list, changing the menu with the market. Lunch is excellent value (around €19), with à la carte dinners and a popular Sunday brunch. The luminous room and open kitchen give it a relaxed, neighbourly feel, and the cooking has earned a loyal local following. It is a lovely, low-key find for an honest, creative meal off the tourist track.
