Tomy & Co is a one-Michelin-star restaurant in the 7th arrondissement, at 22 Rue Surcouf near Les Invalides and the Eiffel Tower. Cambodian-born chef Tomy Gousset — who trained at Le Meurice, Taillevent and Daniel Boulud in New York — opened it in 2016 and won a star in 2019, building a reputation for joyful, ingredient-led gourmet-bistro cooking.

Gousset cooks a generous, market-driven menu rooted in fine French technique and committed local, often organic sourcing — much of it from his own kitchen garden.
