Why did I take so long? Honestly, I’m not entirely sure! Maybe it was the overwhelming number of options out there or just the fear of commitment (classic, right?). But here we are, ready to dive into the heart of the Latin Quarter!
I’ve been eyeing Hotel Fontaines du Luxembourg for a while now. It seems to fit our budget nicely, and from the photos and reviews I’ve scoured online, it looks like a solid choice. Plus, their cancellation policy is pretty relaxed, which takes a bit of pressure off.
Just a little backstory: My partner and I are in our late 40s, and this trip is kind of a big deal for us since it’s likely our only trip to the City of Light. I visited Paris ages ago, but this will be his first time! No pressure, right?
