Poni is a restaurants restaurant in the Array arrondissement of Paris.

Poni is a bright, modern brasserie in the 9th arrondissement, at 24 Rue Saint-Lazare, near the lively Saint-Georges and South Pigalle (SoPi) neighbourhoods. It reworks French brasserie classics with a contemporary, original touch, served from morning until late in a buzzy room spread across two mezzanines and a counter lined with good bottles.

What to expect at Poni

The menu revisits brasserie staples with flair: house pâté en croûte of duck and pork, cod and sweet-potato accras with lemon yoghurt, and blue-cheese and walnut croquetas, followed by comforting desserts like chestnut millefeuille, brioche perdue and lemon tart. Open seven days a week from morning to the small hours, it is as good for a coffee or an apéro at the counter as it is for a full meal. The mood is easy and neighbourly rather than formal.
