A.T is a restaurants restaurant in the Array arrondissement of Paris.

Restaurant A.T is the highly personal, avant-garde table of chef Atsushi Tanaka, at 4 bis Rue du Cardinal Lemoine in the 5th arrondissement. Trained under Pierre Gagnaire, Tanaka opened A.T in 2014 as an ultra-minimalist showcase for his sharp, artistic cooking — a place designed to focus all of a diner’s attention on the plate.

What to expect at A.T

The cuisine sits between Tanaka’s Japanese origins and his French background, drawing on molecular, Nordic and classical techniques to produce dishes that look like contemporary art. There is no à la carte: dinner is a long tasting menu (around €190), with a shorter lunch menu (around €85). The pared-back, gallery-like room is deliberately free of distraction. It is a destination for adventurous diners who want something genuinely original and visually striking.
