Hello everyone! So, I’ve been thinking about getting a membership with the Amis du Louvre, and there’s this little dilemma on my mind. Should I fork out that extra 15 euros for the family upgrade?

Here’s the scoop: I’ve got three kids, all under 12, which means they can enter the museum for free without a ticket. It’s fantastic, right? But, here’s the catch — I want to make sure we can all enter together through the Passage Richelieu, which is a sweet perk of the Amis du Louvre membership.

I’ve been doing some digging, and I’d really love to hear from anyone who has taken their kids through that entrance using their Amis du Louvre card. Did your kids have any issues getting in without that family supplement? I mean, the last thing I want is to be stuck outside with three eager little ones ready to explore!
Any advice or experiences would be greatly appreciated. Is the family upgrade worth it, or can we do without? Thanks a bunch, everyone! Let’s make our next family museum outing epic!
Cheers!
