étsi – le bistro is a restaurants restaurant in the Array arrondissement of Paris.

étsi – le bistro is a warm Greek bistro in the 18th arrondissement, at 23 Rue Eugène Carrière on the quieter slopes of Montmartre. Opened in 2017 by young chef Mikaela Liaroutsos, it reconnects her with the Greek cooking of her childhood — fresh, modern mezze made for sharing — and has become a much-loved neighbourhood destination, noted in the Michelin Guide.

What to expect at étsi

The menu is a spread of bright, seasonal Mediterranean small plates — marinated sea bream, scallops with pistachio butter and the like — built around ingredients imported directly from Greece, from feta and olives to charcuterie and wine. The cooking combines Greek tradition with French flair, and the relaxed, convivial room is made for grazing across several dishes with a glass of Greek wine. It is a genuine taste of Greece in northern Paris.
