Le 975 is a restaurants restaurant in the Array arrondissement of Paris.

Le 975 is a well-regarded bistronomic restaurant in Montmartre, in the 18th arrondissement at 185 Rue Marcadet near Rue Damrémont. Named after the postcode, it is the creation of two friends — chef Taïki Tamao, trained under Marc Veyrat, and Mathieu, who runs the dining room and wine — and it serves precise, creative French cooking that punches well above its low-key neighbourhood setting.

What to expect at Le 975

Tamao changes the menu daily according to the market, plating creative, seasonal dishes with notable technical polish — refined cooking at bistro prices. The set lunch is excellent value (around €25), while dinner showcases the kitchen’s ambition. The room is small and the welcome warm, with Mathieu guiding wine pairings in the dining room. It is the kind of quietly excellent, chef-driven spot that rewards a trip up to Montmartre’s quieter streets.
