Jules Verne is a Restaurant gastronomique restaurant in the Array arrondissement of Paris.

Le Jules Verne is a two-Michelin-star restaurant set on the second floor of the Eiffel Tower, in Paris’s 7th arrondissement, reached by its own private lift. Led since 2019 by chef Frédéric Anton, a Meilleur Ouvrier de France, it is the most celebrated fine-dining address inside the monument itself.

What to expect at Le Jules Verne

This is haute cuisine with a view few restaurants on earth can match, looking out over Paris from roughly 125 metres up. Frédéric Anton’s kitchen serves tasting menus only, with the former à la carte offering phased out: expect a 5-course menu and a longer 7-course menu, at both lunch and dinner. The experience is formal — a smart-elegant dress code applies, with a jacket required for men — and the most sought-after sunset slots book out far in advance, with reservations opening around 90 days ahead.
