Ciel de Paris is a Paris restaurant in the Array arrondissement of Paris.
Nestled high above the Parisian skyline, Ciel de Paris offers not only a feast for the palate but also for the eyes. In this Ciel de Paris review, I will unfold my culinary journey through this gastronomic haven, beginning with the very ambiance that sets the stage for an unforgettable dining experience.
Upon entering, I was greeted by the breathtaking panorama of Paris, with its monuments like sentinels standing guard over the city. The ambiance of Ciel de Paris is a delicate balance between elegance and comfort, with a touch of grandeur that does not overshadow the warmth of its welcome.
The menu is an odyssey of flavors, each dish crafted to tell its own story. The starters such as the “Duo d’asperges & Œuf Mollet Bio” showcase a reverence for fresh, organic produce, elevating simple ingredients to something extraordinary. The artichoke hearts nestled with Iberian ham and a sprinkle of paprika popcorn is a testament to the chef’s creativity and attention to detail.
