La Scène is a Restaurant gastronomique restaurant in the Array arrondissement of Paris.

La Scène is a two-Michelin-star gastronomic restaurant in Paris’s 8th arrondissement, at 32 Avenue Matignon in the heart of the “golden triangle” near the Champs-Élysées. It is led by chef Stéphanie Le Quellec, whose generous, precise cooking has made it one of the most admired fine-dining tables in the city.

What to expect at La Scène

Le Quellec sets out to “deconsecrate” haute cuisine: the dishes can look simple, but every element is carefully considered, and her big, confident sauces are often lifted with vintage sherry vinegar. Menus are built as a series of “acts,” and the signature red mullet is a recipe she keeps refining year after year. The dining room is open to the kitchen, the service is warm and seamless, and the wine list is unorthodox in the best way, with pours coming from magnums and even larger formats.
