Sourire is a Restaurant gastronomique restaurant in the Array arrondissement of Paris.

Sourire is an intimate, refined bistro in the 13th arrondissement, at 15 Rue de la Santé near the Gobelins. Chef Justin Brohm — an Alsatian who trained in fine dining — cooks precise, creative menus that blend classic French technique with subtle Japanese touches, earning a place in the Michelin Guide for its quality of cooking. It is a small, locally loved spot rather than a tourist haunt.

What to expect at Sourire

The kitchen works closely with small producers, changing the menu monthly and playing with texture and unexpected flavour combinations. Dinner centres on a tasting menu (around €89), with shorter set lunches offered at the end of the week. The room is warm and unfussy — blue velvet banquettes, old-school bistro tables — a relaxed backdrop for cooking that is more ambitious than the setting first suggests.
