Boutary is a restaurants restaurant in the Array arrondissement of Paris.

Boutary is an intimate, refined restaurant in the 6th arrondissement, at 25 Rue Mazarine near Odéon, devoted to caviar and champagne. Linked to the Boutary caviar house — a French brand with roots dating to 1888 — it pairs luxurious produce with inventive cooking from chef Christophe Boucher, whose Breton background brings a strong seafood sensibility.

What to expect at Boutary

Caviar is the star, woven through tasting menus designed to highlight the qualities of different grades — including the house’s signature “Pomme de Terre Boutary”, a potato dish crowned with caviar. Beyond the roe, Boucher’s cooking is elegant and seasonal, and the champagne list is built for indulgence. The dining room is small and discreet, making it a romantic, special-occasion choice for those wanting a taste of true luxury without a grand-hotel formality.
