Le MaZenay is a restaurants restaurant in the Array arrondissement of Paris.

Le MaZenay is a charming neighbourhood bistro in the 3rd arrondissement, at 46 Rue de Montmorency in the upper Marais. Named after the Burgundy village where chef Denis Groison was born, it serves classic, produce-driven French cooking with subtle Vietnamese accents — a quietly accomplished spot recognised by the Michelin Guide.

What to expect at Le MaZenay

Groison’s cooking is built on good technique, the right jus and fine produce, served without fuss. Expect French classics — wild snails with herbs, poached farm-reared chicken — alongside seasonal game in autumn and winter, from roasted grouse to hare à la royale, all lifted by occasional Vietnamese touches. The dining room is modest and welcoming, the kind of honest, chef-driven bistro that rewards a detour into the quieter streets of the Marais.
