Shabour is a restaurants restaurant in the Array arrondissement of Paris.

Shabour is a one-Michelin-star restaurant in the 2nd arrondissement, at 19 Rue Saint-Sauveur in the lively streets between Montorgueil and Saint-Denis. Created by high-profile Israeli chef Assaf Granit — who runs acclaimed restaurants in Jerusalem and London — it became the first Israeli kitchen in France to win a Michelin star, which it has held for several years running.

What to expect at Shabour

Dining here is theatrical and high-energy: much of the action unfolds at a counter where the team cooks, plates and performs in front of you, serving creative, Mediterranean- and Jerusalem-influenced dishes as a set menu. The rough-and-ready, atmospheric room set in a 17th-century building is part of the experience. It is loud, fun and unlike most starred restaurants — a destination for diners who want flavour, spectacle and a great night out rather than hushed formality.
