Quinsou is a restaurants restaurant in the Array arrondissement of Paris.
Quinsou is a one-Michelin-star restaurant in the 6th arrondissement, at 33 Rue de l’Abbé Grégoire opposite the renowned Ferrandi cooking school. Owner-chef Antonin Bonnet — whose restaurant takes its name from the Occitan word for “finch” — offers an understated, produce-driven take on modern gastronomy that has quietly become one of the Left Bank’s best.
What to expect at Quinsou
Bonnet works with more than 150 small French producers, selecting seasonal and often rare ingredients and letting their simple, pure flavours lead. The cooking is precise and refined without being showy, served in an intimate 26-seat room of cement tiles, chocolate-brown banquettes and soft globe lighting. It is the kind of quietly excellent, personal restaurant that rewards diners who care about ingredients and craft over spectacle.
